- Water/Aid stations are every 1.5 miles on the course. Each station will offer water and Gatorade
- Stations are manned and “Captained” with experienced volunteers
- Some stations will have gels, or other items available but be sure to carry with you anything you need other than fluids
- The stations will remain open according to the 8-hour time table, however, SAG Wagons will be on the course to help those with non-medical issues until the last participant finishes or takes a ride to the finish line.
