  • We have trained tens of thousands of walkers and runners over almost 30 years to accomplish personal goals and finish 5K, 10k, half-marathons and marathons

Training is based on years of experience and is steady and safe, building mileage, fitness, and confidence over the six months program period.  Members follow detailed training schedules independently during the week, and on the weekends, they get together for coached group runs and educational seminars.
